Our Custom Wholesale Apparel is perfect for boutiques, businesses, schools, teams, events, groups and more. Send us your print-ready artwork—or let Pine Hollow create something custom for you—and we’ll handle the printing and pressing.

WHOLESALE MINIMUM — 6 PIECES PER ORDER

Wholesale completed apparel is open to all customers with a minimum of 6 completed garments per order. Mix and match designs, sizes, garment styles, and colors to reach your 6-piece minimum. Each completed garment counts as one piece. DTF transfers do not count toward the completed apparel minimum.

Print-ready artwork is required for each custom design; additional design or setup fees may apply as noted below.

If your artwork needs a little help, we’ve got you!

If additional or extensive artwork is required, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

GARMENT COLORS

Enter your preferred garment color when ordering. We will do our best to fulfill your requested color; however, blank inventory changes frequently.

If your selected color is unavailable, we’ll contact you before substituting another color.

PRINT PLACEMENT & ADD-ONS

Standard front print is included in your completed apparel price.

• Pocket/left chest print — +$2
• Sleeve print — +$2
• Back print — +$5

Additional print locations may be added to your order.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time for completed custom apparel is 12 business days.

Need it sooner? A 7-business-day rush option is available for +$25.

Turnaround begins after artwork has been approved and all order details are finalized. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Rush service applies to production time and does not guarantee carrier transit/delivery dates.

All custom products are made to order. Please double-check your garment style, size, color and artwork before submitting your order.

Colors may vary slightly between your screen, printed transfer and finished garment.

By placing a Custom Wholesale order, you acknowledge our 6-completed-garments-per-order minimum and current turnaround time.
