At Pine Hollow Supply Co., we understand that getting your orders quickly is important, especially when you’re running a small business! We work hard to provide fast turnaround times and reliable shipping.

Same-Day DTF Printing & Shipping

Order before 12 PM Central Time for same-day printing and shipping!

Eligible DTF transfer orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on our regular shipping business days are printed and shipped the same day.

Same-day service requirements:

  • Orders must be placed before the noon cutoff.
  • Custom artwork must be print-ready and require no additional adjustments.
  • Orders must include all necessary information for production.
  • Large orders or orders requiring additional artwork preparation may take longer.
  • Same-day service excludes weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed according to our next available production schedule.

Please note: Same-day shipping means your order is dispatched the same business day. It does not mean your package will be delivered that day.

Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers

Our ready-to-press DTF transfers are printed as quickly as possible.

Orders that qualify for same-day service will be printed and shipped that business day.

During high-volume periods, additional processing time may be necessary. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

Custom DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

Custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, and rolling gang sheets qualify for same-day processing when all requirements are met.

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork with the correct dimensions, resolution, and layout.

Orders requiring file corrections, additional design work, or customer approval may experience longer turnaround times.

Production begins once all required artwork and information are received and approved.

Wholesale Apparel

Estimated production turnaround: 5–10 business days.

Wholesale apparel turnaround times depend on garment availability, order size, customization, and current production volume.

Shipping transit time is not included in the estimated production turnaround.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping methods and your order details.

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method and ensuring their shipping address is correct.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Please understand:

  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
  • Expedited shipping does not shorten production time unless specifically arranged.
  • Pine Hollow Supply Co. cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Info@pinehollowsupply.com.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us.

We will assist with tracking information, carrier investigations, and determining an appropriate resolution.

Please retain any damaged packaging and take photographs of damaged products.

Free Local Pickup

We proudly offer FREE local pickup for customers in the Van Buren, Arkansas area!

Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Same-day pickup availability depends on order eligibility and completion.
